Letting go

Sketching in the cafe is one of my own regular activities as well as an integrsl part of my classes. Allowing synchronization between the gentle motorics of the hand and the brain via the eyes, creates a great oportunity to exersise letting go.

The summer is still in full blast here but it is possible to feel some relief, especially in the evening when the breeze is coming from the sea. And with the breeze, comes the desire to return indoors and start chewing on some new compositions. I am not sure how it is for other artists, [...]

I truly believe that it is very important for a developing artist, to free his hand and mind by exercising the gentle motor functions of fingers and hand helping thus to release visual preconceptions and allow intuitive understanding of the Form.
