Sketching in the cafe is one of my own regular activities as well as an integrsl part of my classes. Allowing synchronization between the gentle motorics of the hand and the brain via the eyes, creates a great oportunity to exersise letting go.

I truly believe that it is very important for a developing artist, to free his hand and mind by exercising the gentle motor functions of fingers and hand helping thus to release visual preconceptions and allow intuitive understanding of the Form.
